After all, when your users are all artists, telling them to learn how to compile koffice before they can help test and give feedback has meant that we haven't had much testing and feedback at all. Personally I tried to use KDE osc and managed to create a project on OBS but then got stymied by various cryptic compile error messages that varied from distro to distro.<br /><br />To this day I still haven't managed to squeeze a Krita package out of the OBS for any distro, although my dream is that one day we'll be able to provide daily / weekly packages to get artists to test Krita.<br /><br />Anyway, if OBS really will be able to just be fed a tarball of Krita and spit out packages, it will honestly be a dream of many years fulfilled.
